I first met Tammy when I was divorcing and selling a house.   She was totally unflappable through the many ups and downs of dealing with the divorce which caused many indecisions in the listing process.  Our house, when it finally got put on the market, sold in TWO days!   Then Tammy stayed on with me to help me find my next place, a rental.   We found the perfect rental in TWO days also!  She really listened to what I wanted and found me a place where I have remained for 6 years thus far.

When my dad died last year and we needed to sell his house, she was the first person I thought of.  There was once again lots of indecision because there were 4 siblings with different opinions.  Tammy addressed each person’s questions calmly and with enough information that we were all able to agree to hire her as our realtor.  There was a lot that had to happen before the house could be put on the market and Tammy talked us through every step.  She recommended a cleaning service that was phenomenal and a quarter of the price we were quoted by another business.  She was instrumental in guiding us through the “must dos” as opposed to the “can waits.”  Once my dad’s house was on the market it sold within a week, we had multiple bids and she helped us choose the best deal in terms of closing and offers.

I will be using Tammy again in the future when I retire and move back to the Bethlehem area, whether it is to own or rent again, I don’t know, but I do know that Tammy will be helping me!
